In today’s world, MONEY and POWER have become the most important things to acquire leaving behind the basic things like Clean Water, Clean Air, and Clean Food. Out of these three, Clean Food is the most important need of human kind. Most of the diseases occur because of bad and contaminated food. Nutrition/Nourishment is a basic human need and a prerequisite to a healthy life. Having a sensible and balanced diet can help us to achieve optimal health throughout life. Nutrition is the process or practice of consuming and utilizing Food. Believe it or not, Good nutrition is fundamental for good health. Vast majority knows that Good Eating Habits can help reduce weight nut there are a number of other things that healthy eating can do.

In the end, I just want to say that if we want to live a healthy, long and prosperous life, then we should inculcate Good eating habits to our daily life. There’s a very famous proverb which goes like this-“A man is what he eats.” I think this saying is absolutely true. A person’s health is made up of 50% nourishment and 50% exercise. So, we all should eat healthy food instead of junk and oily food.
