The person suffering from malnutrition will feel weak and tired and can feel the inability to concentrate properly. when he is malnourished because his body is not getting proper nutrients like protein, calories, liquid, vitamins, and minerals. Sometimes, these problems can even lead to death.

Proper nutrition can prevent Obesity. Obesity is a state in which the person is overweight or has higher than the usual fat amount in his body. Obesity in a person can lead to a very large amount of problems including chronic diseases like heart problems, Cancer, etc.

According to Science, people are generally considered obese when their body mass index (BMI), a measurement obtained by dividing a person’s weight by the square of the person’s height, is over 30 kg/m2, with the range 25–30 kg/m2 defined as overweight.

Excessive food intake, low metabolism and lack of physical activity are the main reasons for obesity. Some of the symptoms of obesity are breathlessness, increased sweating, snoring, inability to cope with sudden physical activity, feeling very tired every day, back and joint pains, etc.

A Healthy and Balanced diet can prevent Hypo or hypertension. Hypotension refers to low blood pressure levels in body and Hypertension refers to high blood pressure levels in the body.

Hypotension can cause dizziness, tiredness, and fainting. Severely low blood pressure can deprive the brain and other important organs of oxygen and nutrients, leading to a life-threatening condition called shock.

Hypertension can cause vision loss, serious heart disease, kidney dysfunction and many other serious problems. Severe high blood pressure levels can cause heart failure, artery rupturing, stroke or sometimes, serious brain problems like dementia.

A healthy diet can decrease bad cholesterol levels and increase good cholesterol levels in the body. Cholesterol is a bio-molecule or in a simple way, we can say it is the fatty acids/fat. LDL, i.e., Low-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol is considered as Bad Cholesterol while HDL,i.e.High-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol is considered as Good Cholesterol.

High cholesterol levels can clog blood arteries and veins causing in an improper supply of blood to organs and sometimes blockage of blood vessels.
